In the last year, many retailers successfully adapted to the Import One Stop Shop (IOSS) to report and pay VAT when selling into the EU. According to the latest CEBR research, these businesses are reaping the rewards of simplifying their cross-border tax complexity. Using IOSS is resulting in increased revenue, a significant rise in positive customer feedback, and a far simpler export process for businesses.

Unfortunately, though, many businesses are still missing out on these benefits. Around a quarter of firms surveyed remain unaware of IOSS or are struggling to understand the scheme’s requirements and the registration process. In the next half of the year, as more businesses continue to look to sell into more European Member States, now is the time to embrace IOSS to ensure cross-border success.

In our latest webinar, join Alex Baulf and Matt Harrison as they deliver key insights into IOSS one year on and important trends recorded in the last 12 months. You will learn:

  • Key findings from IOSS one year on

  • The future of the OSS and IOSS schemes

  • How to get started and start benefiting

  • Future schemes similar to the EU VAT package
